Bluetooth Gold Prospect Drilling Resumes
Solstice Minerals Limited (ASX, SLS) has announced the imminent return of a Reverse Circulation (RC) drill rig to its Bluetooth Gold Prospect, located within the Yarri Gold Project in Western Australia. This Phase III drilling campaign aims to further delineate and extend the thick, near-surface gold lodes previously identified, while also testing key down-plunge structural targets that could reveal deeper mineralisation.
Recent drilling results at Bluetooth have been encouraging, with several significant intercepts reported, including 12 metres at 2.86 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and a standout 29 metres at 1.58 g/t gold. These intercepts are interpreted to be close to true width and define shallow, east-dipping zones of oxide gold mineralisation extending over at least 800 metres of strike. The geometry of these mineralised zones appears favourable for potential open-pit mining, a factor that elevates Bluetooth as a priority target within Solstice’s portfolio.
Expanding Exploration at Edjudina Range
Alongside Bluetooth, Solstice is advancing exploration at the Edjudina Range gold discovery, situated approximately 24 kilometres southeast along the same geological corridor. Initial RC drilling at Edjudina Range has returned promising results, including a 16-metre intercept at 1.13 g/t gold. Follow-up drilling is planned to test the extent of this mineralisation, which lies beneath shallow transported cover and is associated with strong alteration and structural features indicative of an active gold system.

Both Bluetooth and Edjudina Range benefit from their proximity to established haul roads and processing mills within 100 kilometres, situated in the infrastructure-rich Eastern Goldfields region. This logistical advantage enhances the commercial viability of any future resource development. Solstice’s extensive landholding of over 1,650 square kilometres in the Yarri Project area positions the company well to explore and develop multiple gold targets in a prolific gold province.
Financial Strength and Future Prospects
Solstice maintains a robust financial position, with $13.6 million in cash as of March 2025, supplemented by a recent strategic placement raising an additional $2.13 million.
